Carol Diane Wager Cockburn Wednesday December 8th 2021

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that on December 8th 2021, Carol Diane Wager (nee Cockburn) lost her battle with cancer. Daughter of the late Robert and Henrietta (nee Milford) Cockburn. Wife and best friend to Peter, sister to the late Don (Betty), and Ron (Mary). Mother to Stephen Milligan (Wanda), the grandmother of Stephanie (Chris), Steph, Nicholas (Jen), and Nic. She was also the great grandmother of Jaxon and Sevanna, and will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephew.
Carol’s career as an RN Graduate from BGH spanned 48 years. She started at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital in Picton, then she worked in the offices of Dr. Murphy, Dr. Norris, Dr. French, and Dr. Scrivens.
The family would like to thank friends and neighbors for all their support. A special thanks to Dr. Sarah LeBlanc, Dr. French, Dr. Leveque, and the staff at BGH Oncology.
Carol always joked: “I have three loves, in this order: office patients, my pets, then my family.”
Cremation has taken place, and as Carol wished there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations to your charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
