Brian Fergusson passed away on Monday December 13, 2021 at the age of 74 years.
Brian was born in Didsbury to Leslie & Marion Fergusson and was one of 6 children.
He is predeceased by his parents; 3 of his siblings, Alaistair, Clayton & Robin. He is survived by his children, Daniel (Xia) of Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, Janice (David) Besson of Calgary, & Tomaidh (Maria) also of Calgary; 4 grandchildren, Allan & Sofia Fergusson, Elouise ‘Lou’ & Arlo Besson; and siblings, Heather (Bernie) Eakett & David Wright.
Brian made his living as a truck driver. For fun, he liked to play pool and he was quite talented at it. He was a very proud and loving grandfather. In his later years, when his health concerns were taking their toll, his grandkids would always light up his day- at just the mention of them his whole day would brighten. He just adored them. Brian had a good sense of humour, but told arguably the worst jokes you will ever hear. He loved making people smile, and will be remembered for his laugh, his mischievous sense of humour, and the twinkle in his eye. He will be fondly remembered, and missed by many.
