CARTER, Brenda Joyce
October 16, 1951 – September 6, 2021
The family of Brenda Joyce Carter of Bruce, Alberta, formerly of Valleyview, announces her passing on September 6, 2021, following a battle with cancer and now she rests peacefully.
Brenda is survived by her loving family, children Cole (Shantella) Carter, Danielle (Darin) Amundson and Jackie (Duncan) McLeod; grandchildren McKayla, Rayelle and Ty Carter; Karter Bishop and Trew Amundson; sister Hope Stampe; brothers Brad Martinell and Robert (Rose) Martinell; brother-in-law Dave Watchorn; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Brenda was predeceased by her husband Robert; parents Kenneth and Beatrice Martinell; sister Faith Watchorn.
A Celebration of Brenda’s Life will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bruce Community Centre with Pastor Grant Sikstrom officiating. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations may be made to the Valleyview Victim’s Assistance Association.
