It is with broken hearts that the family of the late SADIE KELLY of Marystown announces her passing. Sadie passed away at the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank on Thursday, October 15th, 2020 at the age of 87. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her; sons, Tony Kelly (Sharon) of Mooring Cove, and Kevin Kelly of Marystown; daughters, Donna Kelly of Lunenburg, NS., and Shirley Hodder (John) of Mooring Cove; 6 grandchildren, Michael, Jordan, Kelsey, Brandon, Cassandra, and Gunther; great-grandchild, Eva Marie; sister, Adele Fulford of St. John’s; plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Sadie was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Kelly; her parents, John and Alice Brinton; sisters, Mary Mallay, and Teresa McDonald.
The Kelly Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes in Marystown on Saturday, October 17 from 1-4 pm and 7-9 pm and Sunday, October 18th from 1-4 pm and 6-8 pm.
Due to COVID-19 and following with the rules enforced by the government of Newfoundland, this will be a walk through visitation and we can only allow 20 people in the building at a time, everyone is asked to sign the contact tracing sheet upon entering the funeral home and masks are required.
Please note that there is no food permitted in the building.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic in Marystown on Monday, October 19th at 10:30 am.
Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Marystown.
In Sadie’s memory donations may be made to A Charity of One’s Choice.
