Rosalie “Florence” Connors
1935 – 2020
Rosalie “Florence” Connors of Losier Hall and formerly of Boom Road, NB, husband of the late Arthur Connors, passed away at her residence on Friday, September 18, 2020 at the age of 85. Born in Warwick Settlement, NB, she was the daughter of the late Allan and Christian (Duffy) Hetherington.
Florence was a homemaker and belonged to the St. Stephen’s United Church, Red Bank, NB
Florence is survived by four sons: Jimmy (Tracey) of Saint John, NB, Kevin of Quarryville, NB, Ralph of Kingston, ON and Bradley of Boom Road, NB; one sister: Doris Furlong (Sterling) of Quarryville, ON; two brothers: Montie Hetherington (Linda) of Quarryville, NB and Donnie Hetherington of London, ON; four grandchildren: Jennifer, Liam, Mary and Ewing, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and her husband, Arthur, Florence is predeceased by one sister: Violet Ingrham; four brothers Thurman, Murray, Brian (late Anna) and Alvin.
At the request of the family, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will take place at St. Stephen’s United Church Cemetery at a later date.
