Obituary of Rob Van Wulven
Van Wulven- Robin “Rob” Bernard passed away at his home in Chatham, surrounded by the love of his family, on Friday, December 4, 2020 at the age of 43. Rob will be dearly missed by his wife Nikole and their children Emma, Kaelyn, Jorja, and Maveric; by his parents Phillip and Veronica Van Wulven; by his sisters Penny (Michael) Lee and Thandi Van Wulven; by his parents-in-law Rob and Corinna Clarkson; by his siblings-in-law Stephanie (Tim) Fennema and Daniel Clarkson; by his grandmother Christine Daniels; and by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his sister-in-law Jennifer Clarkson (2012). Rob worked in construction and loved being outdoors and riding motorcycles. Above all else, Rob was a family man and the time that he had with his sixpack was his most cherished. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 2:00-5:00 pm. (COVID-19 protocols will be implemented). For those wishing to attend the visitation, please register on Rob’s tribute page on the funeral home website. A private service will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 10:00 am.
