It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Rita “June” Burton announces her passing. June
passed away at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Thursday, July 23rd, 2020 at the age of 66 years.
June is predeceased by her parents – Ralph & Idella Burton as well as many other members of the Burton and Ryan families.
Left with many loving memories is her son – Tyler Burton (Christine), Grand Prairie, AB; siblings – Alec Burton, La Scie, NL, Major Phyllis Vega (Major Felipe), Newbury, Ontario and Michelle Burton (Clayton), Prince Rupert, BC as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Public Health Advisory and associated restrictions, we regret to announce that there will be no Public Visitation or Funeral Service.
We encourage extended family and friends to share condolences, memories and/or photos to June’s memorial wall, available on our website. All items will be documented and displayed in our personalized guestbook and presented to the Burton family.
