Richard Frank Bowes
of Tobermory and formerly of Palmerston passed away peacefully at the Freeport Hospital, Kitchener on Saturday, July 25, 2020 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Peggy (Waite) for 50 years. Dear father of Coby Bowes and Dave Knowles of Alliston, Charlene Bowes and Doug Clark of Embrun, James and Shelley Bowes of Baden and Julie and Brent Robins of Tobermory. Cherished grandfather of Morgan (Josh), Timothy, Courtney, Jamie, Matthew, James and D.J; Emma, Lily and Isaac; Tori and Sasha; Adam (Megan), Tyler (Trish) and Logan. Great grandfather of Everleigh and Brookelynn. Brother of Audrey and Phil Moore of Alberta. Brother-in-law of Carol and Jim Dowswell, Roger and Cathy Waite, Debbie Waite, Janet Roelofsen, and Judy Chalmers. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Dickson and Margaret Bowes and his brother Raymond Bowes.
