Pandora’s Obituary
JONES (Spencer-Taylor), Pandora Leota ~ Age 65, of Berwick, formerly of Waterville, Kings Co., passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at home, surrounded by family members. Born on January 12, 1955, in Wolfville, she was a daughter of the late Robert A. and Helen L. (Gillis) Spencer. Pandora had been employed as a cleaner with 28 years of service at Michelin Tire North America Plant in Waterville and prior to that worked at Camp Aldershot for 22 years. She had been an associate member of Royal Canadian Legion, Ortona Branch No. 69, Berwick, Pandora enjoyed wildlife, fishing and flowers. She was a true animal lover and time spent around her love of horses. Pandora will be sadly missed by her cat, Squeaker. Surviving are her husband, Gary F. Jones; daughter, Tina Dawn Taylor; brothers, Malcolm (Donna), Robert “Yogi” (Shannon) and Jeffery Spencer; sisters, Anne DeMont, Becky Surette and Sherry (Roger) Prall; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Michael and Timothy Spencer; sister, Shelly Guest; brothers-in-law, Donald Guest and Gary DeMont; sister-in-law, Lynn Spencer. A time for family and friends to celebrate Pandora’s life will take place from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, September 19, at the home of Sherry & Roger Prall, 3204 Black Rock Road, Grafton. Interment in Berwick Cemetery, at a later date. Donations in her memory may be made to Carey Me Fund – Supporting Palliative Care in the Home or to Diabetes Canada.
