Died Peacefully at the Georgian Triangle Hospice- Campbell House, Collingwood Ontario. Beloved daughter of the late Jack & Kathleen Gault and Loving granddaughter of Harry and Alice Allen. “Moe” was born and raised in Toronto and moved to Thornbury in 1977, later taking up residence in Collingwood, where she was employed at Nacan Products for a number of years.
Moe took full advantage of the amenities in Collingwood, golfing at Blue Mountain Golf Course, skiing at Blue Mountain and volunteering with Collingwood Special Olympics for many years. Her athletes were a personal sense of pride for Moe. Whistler was a favourite destination for Moe in her younger years where she shared many happy times skiing with friends.
Moe’s greatest loves were her cherished friends and their children. She was spunky, loving and fiercely loyal. She had a passion for life and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Her legacy will live on in anyone that had the honour to know her. We miss her already.
Arrangements are entrusted in Chatterson Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations in Moe’s name can be made to Campbell House or a charity of your choice.
