YANEW, Mary Virginia (Barton)
The family of Mary Virginia Yanew sadly announce her passing on November 28, 2020 at the age of 74 years. Mary is survived by her son James; six grandchildren: Amy (Jason) and kids Liam & Alexis, Jayden, Jalaina, Leslie (Ryan) and kids Mason, JJ & Simon, Evan and kids Emma & Ava, Nathalie (Kevin) and kids Edward, Gavin, Virginia & Paul; siblings Ross (Heidi), Peter (Norma), Anna, as well as several other relatives & friends. Mary was predeceased by her loving husband Wayne, son Lance, daughter Malissa & brother Michael.
Mary enjoyed spending her time volunteering and helping others. She had a wity personality and loved to share her company over a lovely cup of tea.
A service will be held for Mary on Friday, December 4, 2020 at 1:00pm MST.
Due to the pandemic, an in person occupancy will be limited, if attending in person a RSVP will be required (via text or call to 250-886-1256). For friends and family who are unable to attend in person, there will be a live video of the service through Facebook.
The service will be held at New Life Community Church, 11316 130 Ave NW, Edmonton.
The online video will be available by following New Life Community Church on Facebook.
In lieu of donations the family recommends a donation to a charitable organization of your choice.
