Martha’s Obituary
Davis, Martha Mae (Newell) – 85 went to be with her Lord on September 25, 2020 with Mary by her side in the presence of her caregivers in Surf Lodge Nursing Home, Lockeport. Martha worked at Nickerson’s Drug Store, Bank of Commerce and Roseway Hospital. Martha was an avid reader. She enjoyed going to church, eating at the Scotia Lunch and Anchors Away with Tom and Raymond. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Thomas Sidney Davis; her grandchildren, Erika Mae ( Chris) and Raymond Ryan Russell Davis ( Alysia); her daughter-in-law, Mary. She was predeceased by her son, Raymond. Cremation has taken place under the direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 27th from 7-9p.m. in H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Chapel, Shelburne where the service will take place on Monday, September 28 at 2 p.m. with Pastors Wayne & Tanya Dooks and Pastor Ron Coole. Donations may be made to the Shelburne United Baptist Church, Alzheimer’s Society or charity of choice.
