THE CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE FOR MARJORIE DENGIS HAS BEEN CANCELLED
DUE TO THE UNFORTUNATE COVID 19 CIRCUMSTANCES
In Loving Memory of
Marjorie Marie Dengis -nee Chomishen
Mom left us on November 8, 2019 from Grey Gables in Markdale, Ontario.We had just celebrated her 98th birthday this past Thanksgiving Day, October 14th.
Mom was very proud of her 4 children, who she and Dad raised in Waterdown, Ontario. Now we are living throughout Canada: Joanne Ledohowski is in Elmwood, ON; Tricia (Peter) Selbie are in Chatsworth Twp., ON; Martin (Celine) are in Curran, ON; and Allan (Amanda) are in Iqaluit, NU. She was a loving Grandma to 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Mom will be missed by her remaining siblings, Frances Shewchuk of Burlington, ON; Greg (Harry) Comishen of Toronto, ON and many nieces and nephews.
Mom was predeceased by our Dad, Lloyd in 1999; her brother Walter Comishen, and sisters Tena Zack and Pat Warrenchuk.
Grey Gables in Markdale were wonderful and very caring of our Mother during her stay and right through to the end.
Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life Service scheduled for May 2nd has been cancelled.
