It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Marie A. Leroux, nee Lalonde, of Orleans, Ontario, on Monday, December 28, 2020, at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Alcide ‘‘Bob’’ Leroux. Daughter of the late Joseph Lalonde and the late Léonie Vinette. Loving mother of Francine. Cherished grandma of Karine and dear great-grandmother of Junior, Abby and Skylar. Sister of Guy (Claudette) and Rita (Maurice Beauchamp). Also survived by three sisters-in-law, Dora (late Jean Lalonde), Jeanne (late Rolland Leroux), Thérèse Leroux (late Rolland Trottier) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by five brothers, Éliodore, Gérard, Raymond, Paul and Bernard; two sisters, Georgette and Gaëtane.
Due to the current circumstances, everything will be done in private, the burial will take place at a later date at Sacré-Coeur Cemetery, Bourget, Ontario.
Special thanks to the staff of Carlingview Manor, Ottawa, for their compassion and devoted care provided to Marie.
