Memorial Donation
Karl Albert Johnson, of Wawota, beloved husband of Lynne Johnson, and loving father of Darla Sauter, Darryl and Ray, passed away at the Southeast Integrated Care Centre, Moosomin, on Saturday, April 4th, 2020 at the age of 78 years.
A memorial service will be held at the farm at a future date
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Moosomin & District Healthcare Foundation – Palliative Care for the purchase of a power recliner for families, the Moosomin & District Food Bank or the Kelso Cemetery, in memory of Karl.

Just a farmer is what you said, and I laughed, cause I knew
All the things that a farmer must be able to do.
They must study the land then watch the sky,
And figure just when is the right time to sow and to plant,
To buy and to sell, to go to the market
With cattle or grain and
Well you know the books that farmer must keep
To pay all those taxes and be able to sleep
And you know all the fixin that a farmer must do,
When machines, like monsters,blow a gasket or two.
So when God needs someone to care for the earth
He chose just a farmer,
Cause He knew his true worth.
