December 7, 1954 – May 26, 2020
On what would have been her parents 69th wedding anniversary, Karen passed away on May 26, 2020 in her 66th year at the Peter D. Clark home. Much loved daughter of the late Samuel and Isobel (Bayne) Kayes. Cherished stepdaughter of Dorothy (Montgomery) Kayes. Beloved sister of the late Bruce Kayes. Lovingly remembered by her Uncles and Aunt, Lloyd and Phyllis Montgomery and John Annuik as well as her cousins, Rod and Murray Davidson, Bill and Ian Buchanan. Grant Montgomery, Katharine Bourck and their families.
A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Peter D. Clark for their care of Karen and always treating her with respect and dignity. Special thank you as well to Jennifer MacPherson who supported and loved Karen and gave her the opportunity to experience life in many different ways.
Due to the current situation, a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
