Hope – Julia
Peacefully at home on Thursday, December 17, 2020 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late John Hope. Caring mother of Christopher, John and Stephen (Rhonda). Loving grandmother of Matthew, Lauren, Beverley, Kyle and Rhys; and great grandmother of Emily. Sister of John (Ann) of Scotsburn NS, Sue Miller of Halifax, NS and Fisher (Lynn) of Pictou, NS. Predeceased by her parents Fisher and Ellen MacLennan; brother Lloyd MacLennan; and sisters Marjorie Jenkins, Mary Campbell and Kathryn McCulloch. Julia graduated from the Ottawa Civic Hospital Nursing Class of 1957; created the company of Manderley Sod with her husband John Hope. She was also a Worldwide Traveler with her husband and friends (Millers and Rehbeins). Interment Seaview Cemetery, Pictou, NS. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Parkinson Society.
