John William Virdiramo
April 26th 1968 to December 27th 2020 (age 52)
Unexpectedly after suffering a complication from Multiple Myeloma on Boxing Day. John fought a valiant four year battle against all odds. Deeply missed by his wife Lori (nee Gaterell) and cherished children Alivia (aged 16) and Logan (aged 13). John will be forever missed by his father Bill Virdiramo (Susan), his mother Carol Virdiramo (Ivan), his sister Melissa Virdiramo (Mike), his niece Catherine Virdiramo. Dear son-in-law of Peggy & Gordon Gaterell, Brother-in law to Cari/Gary Roberts, Uncle to Hailey & Paige. Also remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended families and dear friends.
Having grown up in Markham (Boxgrove) at his favorite stomping grounds Cedargrove Greenhouses which his family still operates, he attended St. Robert Catholic High School. John was a long-time electrician, co-founder and Past President of Rougemount Electric servicing the GTA. John settled with his family in Stouffville for the past 18 years. Arrangements have been entrusted to Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main St N. Markham. A private memorial will be held at a later date due to the current Covid restrictions. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Markham-Stouffville Hospital.
