Jerry Joel Silverman
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerry Silverman on Sunday, December 27, 2020, at the age of seventy-three. Brother of Ozzie (Sheela) and the late Perry (Marilyn). Uncle to Marjorie, Caroline, Michael, and Lisa Silverman. Partner of the late Sheila Sepinwall, whom he adored. Jerry’s true love was radio broadcasting, which brought him into contact with numerous personalities in the entertainment industry. He was also a fan of pop music. Jerry’s many friends and acquaintances helped him to navigate life’s challenges and he was grateful for their support. Jerry was a good Neshema. Heartfelt thanks to Drs. Hudson and Simard at the Jewish General Hospital, Dr. Kristian MacMahon and nurses Samira and Meliza at Maimonides Geriatric Centre. Shiva private in Ottawa.
