JEAN CLUETT
1928-2020
It is with deep sadness that the
family of the late JEAN
CLUETT of Garnish
announces her passing. Jean passed away at the Blue
Crest Home in Grand Bank on Friday, July 10th,
2020 at the age of 91.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of
wonderful memories are her sons, Calvin (Marlene) of St.
John’s, and Brian (Glenda) of Garnish; daughters, Henrietta
Purcell (Ross) of Halifax, and Sheila Thomas (John) of Halifax; 8
grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; plus a large number of family
and friends.
Jean was predeceased by her husband,
Hubert Cluett; son, Gordon; parents, Albert & Henrietta
Grandy; sister; and 2 brothers.
Due to the current
Public Health Advisory of COVID-19 a private visitation and funeral
service will be held at Peninsula Home, Creston South on Sunday, July
12th, 2020 for family and close friends by
invite only.
Internment will follow at St. Giles
Anglican Cemetery, Garnish.
In Jean’s memory, in-lieu
of flowers donations may be made to St. Giles Anglican Church or
Cemetery Fund, Garnish.
