HENRY HEPPENHEIMER
1929 – 2020
Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family at Maple Manor Nursing Home on Friday, April 3, 2020, Henry (Heinrich) Heppenheimer passed away at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by his beloved wife and best friend Katharina of 58 years. Proud and loving father of Richard Heppenheimer (Carol) of Straffordville, Annette West (Frank) of St. Catharines, and Martin of Saudi Arabia. Cherished grandfather of Kathleen, Nadine (Collver), Eddie, Ray, great grandfather of Hailey, Lindsey, Brooklyn, and Caleb and great, great grandfather of Tyson. Half brother to Henrik Heppenheimer, Teresa Ferencz (nee Heppenheimer), Janos Hollósi (Heppenheimer). Henry is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Suzanne (Emmerich) and sisters Annamária Szél Konradné (nee Heppenheimer) and Katalin Loch Jánosné (nee Heppenheimer). We are sorry to report that due to the ongoing restrictions resulting from the spread of the Coronavirus there can be no community visitations or the planned funeral. Private family interment will be held at the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the Heppenheimer family and can be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with arrangements.
