ATKINSON, Helen A. – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Helen at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Sunday, December 20th, 2020. Helen of Campbellford was in her 99th year. Beloved daughter of the late Burness and Ruth Steele. Cherished mother to Pat Donald of Campbellford, Gail Dewlend and her husband Bill of Digby, NS, Gary Atkinson of Campbellford, Bob Atkinson (deceased), and David Atkinson of Trenton. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Ann (deceased), Kathy, Bill Junior, Jennifer, and great-granddaughters Kimberly and Jade. Predeceased by her brother Lorne Steele. Due to Covid-19, a private Graveside Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen’s memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation, or a Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated.
