PLANTE, Gaëtane (née Rousseau)
Heaven has gained another angel today. She earned her wings, Friday, February 21, 2020 at the age of 81 years. Beloved wife of Dorilé Plante of Sudbury. Daughter of the late Philippe and the late Ida (née Plante) Rousseau. Loving mother of Ronald Plante of Ottawa and Nicole Plante of Ingersoll. Cherished grandmother of Marc Cooper, Tianna Cooper and Brianna Ouellette. Dear sister of Monique (Robert Marier) and Robert (Marie-Paule) both of Lavigne, Maurice “Chopper” of Florida and Angèle (Jean-Marc Leclair) of Verner. Predeceased by her siblings Murielle (late Alcida St-Georges), Normande (late Vital), Roger (Théodora of Sudbury), Marcel (Angéline of Sudbury), Huguette (late Edmond Arbour), Jacqueline (late Viateur St-Georges) and Berthe (late Fernand Plante). Gaëtane was a fun-loving woman who cherished the moments spent laughing with family and friends. She will definitely be missed by her Bingo family with whom she loved to share her chocolate. Gaëtane was a strong woman of faith who often prayed to Ste-Thérèse de l’enfant Jésus for guidance.
