Obituary for
Frederick Mykytyszyn
It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Frederick Mykytyszyn on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the age of 66 years. Loving father to Lisa Lauzon (Luc) and Kari Mykytyszyn (Todd) of Timmins. Dear grandfather to Hunter and Brooklyn Mykytyszyn-Lauzon. He leaves behind his sister Mary Hinchliffe (late John) and his nieces Georgeann Hinchliffe and Christine Bonde (Gary) all of North Bay. Freddie is also survived by Lisa and Kari’s mother Susan Prince. He is predeceased by his father John Giustini and mother Jean Heerdink. He will be missed by his dog and best friend Roscoe and his hunting buddy Rick Rochon. Freddie was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and he worked at the Kidd Met Site for over 30 years. He was an excellent father, grandfather, role model, great teacher and mentor. He always had a positive outlook and encouraged his family to always have the utmost respect. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends on Saturday January 25, 2020 from 12-2 p.m. at Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home Inc. Remembrance donations to Hunter and Brooklyn’s Education Fund would be greatly appreciated.
