Evadine Shirley McGregor (Trumbley)
With broken hearts we say goodbye to our wonderful, loving mom/grandma/great-grandma/aunt & friend as she left us to go join Dad and numerous members of her beloved family & friends in heaven.
She was born and raised in Carbon Alberta. When she came to Calgary she met & married our Dad-Bill McGregor. She worked for many years at Eatons and the post office; had 3 children and was a loving care attendant for the seniors at the Sunset lodge and Agape Manor Hospice.
Mom was such a loving caring woman who would open her arms and her heart for everyone no matter what. She was always there if you needed a hug, a shoulder to cry on, or just someone to share your day with. She loved to be with her friends and family listening to music, dancing, sharing a good joke or just sitting and chatting with her coffee and a smoke.
We will definitely miss everything about mom but especially her love, her warm smile and how she would sing “have I told you lately how much I love you“ to absolutely everybody.
We love you so much mom & are so thankful that we had you for our mom. We miss you terribly but are happy that you have no more pain, just love, peace, and of course, dancing with Dad.
Richard and Debbie, Ron and Norma, Cindy and Tim, all your grandkids, great grandkids, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Thanks to Dr Cunningham, all the nurses & staff at Walden Heights for their years of care for mom.
Nos plus sincères sympathies à la famille et aux amis de Evadine Shirley McGregor November 2nd 2020..
