Peacefully at Broadview Nursing Centre, Smiths Falls on Sunday September 27, 2020. Ethelena Moxley in her 87th year. Widow of Orval Beach. Loving mother of Karen Philips of Portland, Blair (Dianne) Beach of Elgin, Diane (Peter) Dignard of Barrie and Janet (Bruce) Steacy of Delta. Predeceased by son-in-law, Neil Philips and brothers; Lawrence and Borden Moxley. Fondly remembered by grandchildren; Mark, Micheal, Geoffrey, Jennifer, Christine, Jeremy, Kevin ,Greg and Jenna as well as several great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Thursday from 10 o’clock until 12 Noon. A Private Family Service will be held. Interment Halladay Cemetery, Elgin. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to the A.L.S. Society or the Alzheimer would be appreciated. Covid-19 restrictions are in place which includes social distancing and mandatory face coverings.
