Obituary of Enos Rayfield Stuckless
It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Enos Rayfield Stuckless, of Botwood
Newfoundland, on January 13, 2020 suddenly at home. He was 78 years of age.
Enos had just returned from visiting family in Ottawa for the holidays. Enos was a man of few words and loved spending time with his family. He cherished his times spent with family in Ottawa.
Mr Stuckless retired from Abitibi Consolidated and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion
Botwood Branch 5.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Lynda Stuckless; parents William Thomas Stuckless
and Charlotte Stuckless; brothers Rankin, Harry and Jack Stuckless; sister Maude Greene.
Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children; Chad Stuckless (Karen) and
Jackie Peddle (Aaron); two grandchildren Hayley and Marcus Peddle. Also leaving to mourn
was his dearest friend and companion Elsie Parsons along with extended family from both the
Stuckless and Langdon families and his circle of friends.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no viewing or visitation as he preferred to be
remembered as he was. His wishes were to be cremated and laid to rest next to his loving wife,
Lynda. The memorial service will be held on January 25, 2020 and conducted by Major Wibert and
Bertha Abbott. Details of the service will be determined at a later time.
