Obituary of Dorothy Crawford
Passed away peacefully at Friendly Manor Nursing Home on November 7, 2020 in her 88th year. Loving wife of the late John Crawford. Cherished mom of Robert (Marlene), Vince (Lynn), Delphine Fox (John) and Gerard. Predeceased by her sons Douglas, Joseph, Michael and Edmond. Treasured grandma to many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived by her siblings Edward Lobb (Marie) and Iva Bailey (Howard). Predeceased by her siblings Clayton Lobb, Donald Lobb, Ronald Lobb and Josephine Dorherty. Dorothy will always be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Smith & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 between the hours of 2:00- 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, Marysville on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Holy Name of Mary Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Holy Name of Mary Church Building Fund in memory of Dorothy. Due to COVID restrictions all attendees must RSVP directly to the funeral home by phone 613-396-2310 or email mjsmithandson@cogeco.net to obtain a time to see the family on Tuesday and to attend the Funeral Mass on Wednesday. Mandatory COVID 19 protocols will be in effect including physical distancing outside and inside the funeral home and at the church and cemetery and face masks are required. We ask everyone to remain outside or in your vehicles until your time to see the family.
