Peacefully surrounded by her family at the Bayfield Manor on Friday January 31, 2020. Dorothy Hudson age 75 of Kemptville. Beloved wife of Kenneth Hudson for over 55 years. Loving Mom of Kelly Pinhey (Andrew), and Leanne de Ville (Steve). Cherished Grandma of Bradley and Bryan Pinhey, Kristy McCurdy (Jon), Aaron and Ryan de Ville, and great grandson Easton McCurdy. Dear sister of Lee Sunstrum (late Jean), late Doris Sunstrum, late Billy Sunstrum, Bobby Sunstrum (Maryann) and Ivy Sunstrum (late Jim). Predeceased by her parents Sophia and Wallace Sunstrum. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, the Sunstrum and Hudson Families. A huge thank you is extended to Dr. Luong and the Bayfield Manor Staff for their kindness and compassion. A Memorial Service will be held at the Byers Funeral Home 2990 Church Street, South Mountain (613-989-3836) on Friday February 7, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. Followed by a Celebration of Life at the South Mountain Agricultural Hall 2967 Lough Road from 1 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Memory of Dorothy to the Bayfield Manor Activity Fund.
