Obituary of Doris Lapp
Lapp: Marie Doris (Dupuis)-
A resident of Chatham, Doris passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on March 26, 2020 at the age of 86.
Born in Tilbury, Doris was the daughter of the late Arsene and Loretta (Masse) Dupuis.
Loving mother to Judy Dewael of Chatham and Richard Lapp (Deanne Jordan) of Thamesville, and the late Tom Lapp (2015).
Grandmother to 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Sister to Isabelle Nopper, Pauline Murphy, Jo Charron, and Buck (Clare) Dupuis.
Predeceased by siblings, Dorothy, Henry, Francis, Alice, Babe, Ray, Pete, Sonny, and Bernie.
Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Doris will be remembered by her devotion to her family, love of being outdoors and her strong work ethic.
Cremation has taken place with a Celebration of her life at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Doris to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Society of Chatham- Kent would be appreciated.
