Obituary
GENOE, Doris Louise – Passed peacefully away on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, Doris “Doss” Louise Genoe (Hillier) 88 years of age. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd (1994). Left with cherished memories are her brother, John Hillier, sister-in-law, Rosabel Hillier Beamish; Sons: Frank (Bonnie), Glen (Carla); and her daughter, Marilyn; Grandchildren: Stephen (Stacy), Brad (Elisha), and Brent; Great-grandchildren: Greyson, Sara, Abby, Jack and Amy; her friends at Mount Pearl Seniors Independence Group.
All of her nieces and nephews were so very special to her and she loved them dearly. The family would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff at Heritage Square Retirement Home and St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, 7th floor East. Cremation has taken place and a private family burial will take place at The Anglican Cemetery on Kenmount Road. Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
