Doreen Doris Logue
1942-2020
Surrounded by the love of her family, Doreen Doris Logue peacefully
passed away at her home on Thursday, May 28, 2020.
Born in Newcastle Creek, NB she was the daughter of the late James and
Nellie (Weeks) Dobson.
Doreen’s biggest love was her family, she was a member of the
United Baptist Church of Minto, TOPS # 4146 and the Minto Senior
Citizen Club. She enjoyed bingo, knitting, bowling, traveling, fish
& chips, washer toss, hockey and loved helping others.
Survived by her sweetheart, Johnnie Logue; 3 daughters, Debbie Wood
(Billy), Vicky Fasquel (Glen) and Stacey Doucette (Michael);
grandchildren, Jeremy Fasquel, Melanie Fasquel and Amy Thompson
(Tony); great grandchildren, Jerisa, Jett and Jaxx and their mom,
Lisa; chosen daughters, Wendy Crossman and Jennifer Hartson; sister,
Madeline King (Paul) sister-in-law, Sara Dobson; brothers-in-law,
Harry Logue (Carrie) and Al Gauvin (Rita); special friend Yvonne
Kennedy; extended family, Erma Rosborough and Vi King; many nieces,
nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Doreen was predeceased by brothers,
Wesley, Arthur and James; sisters, Clara, Evelyn, Lillian, Ethel,
Mildred, Ina and Carol.
A huge thank you goes out to two very special ladies that took great
care of our mom in her final days.
Due to the current public advisory with regard to Covid-19 and
gatherings, a drive-in Funeral Service will be held 3:00PM Sunday, May
31, 2020 from the grounds of the United Baptist Church of Minto, NB
(124 Pleasant Drive, Minto, NB E4B 2T6.) (Please Stay in your
vehicles) Private Interment will take place in the United Baptist
Cemetery. For those who wish, donations made to the Minto Fire Dept.
(Communications Fund) or the charity of the donor’s choice would
be appreciated by the family.
