David served as a Chaplain at the Don Jail – Toronto, The Ottawa Detention Centre, and the Remand Center Edmonton. He and Christobel served as Street Chaplains in the Pas, Manitoba for 3 years.
This was followed by 6 years of parish Ministry in Lac La Biche, until they retired in 2010 and moved back to Athabasca both were active at All Saints Anglican Church, especially at the soup kitchen (A.S.K) where David made most of the soup for the past 3 years.
Due to Covid Restriction, a small private service was held on December 11, 2020, at 2:00 P.M at the Athabasca Community Chapel.
