Passed from this life on Monday December 29, 2020. He was 49 years of age. Cherished husband of Resha Jacobs. Loving father of Christopher, William, Daniel and Earl. Loved brother of Crystal Barley (Dwayne). Charles will be dearly missed by his extended family and many dear friends.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the DWAYNE D. BUDGELL Funeral Home Ltd. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and subsequent restrictions on gathering, a Private Family Service will be held. In Charles’ memory, donations to the Make-A-Wish Foundation (makeawish.ca/) would be appreciated by the family.
