Obituary of Charlene Joyce Cook
Passed away peacefully with family by her side at the St. Lawrence Lodge on Friday October 16th, 2020. Charlene Cook (Williston) aged 81 was born in Chatham Ontario, moved to Toronto where she married and raised her daughter. She then retired with her husband in the Brockville area. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Cook. Beloved mother of Kathryn Cook of Toronto. Dear aunt to Carol Butcher (Sheldon Gill), Doug Cook (Pat) of Spencerville and George Smit (late Lois) of North Carolina, and the late Patricia Bergsma and Perry Collier. Also predeceased by parents Addison and Adelaide (Trinnear) Williston and in laws Doris Collier (Earl) and Dean Cook (Helen). Also survived by many grand nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID restrictions, a private graveside service was held at Maynard Cemetery. In memory of Charlene, donations to Diabetes Canada or the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville.
