It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving husband, father and poppy, Austin Guiney, age 61 years, on May 29, 2020, in the presence of his loving family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Predeceased by his parents, John and Margaret, brothers Felix and Aiden, sisters Catherine, Teresita and Annie.
Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 37 years Brenda, sons Justin, Randy (Robyn), Christopher (Erin) and daughter Jessica (Austin). His 10 grandchildren whom he adored. His brother Michael (Cecily), his sisters, Helen (Cletus), Rosie (Ed), Sheila and Mary-Teresa. His brother-in-law’s Kelvin (Roma), Clyde (Cheryl) and sister-in-law’s Gloria (Terry), Marlene Ryan and Mary Guiney, along with a large of circle of nephews, nieces and friends.
A very special thank you to Dr McGarry, all doctors and nurses at the Dr.H Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic, Public Health Nurses, Lorna Lawlor and Michelle Rossiter. Special thank you to Katie Boland of Baltimore Pharmacy.
Cremation has taken place. In the light of current public health advisories, funeral arrangements will take place at a later date.
