GOREHAM, Treena Lynn – 45, of South Side, It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Treena Goreham on November 25, 2019 at home. Born August 9, 1974, she was the daughter of Angus “Junior” and Geraldine (Stewart) Atkinson. Treena was always looking out for others, including her family, many friends, and namely one special friend, Victor. She had a love for animals and loved Fish Island and trips to Victor’s barn. Her greatest enjoyment was following Dean and Austin to hockey and truck racing. Treena lived life to the fullest and she always let you know where you stood. Dean, Treena, and Austin had a favourite saying, “I love you to the moon and back and all around the race track.” She leaves behind the two loves of her life, husband, Dean Goreham; the apple of her eye, her son, Austin Goreham; parents, Angus and Geraldine Atkinson; brother, Blair (Ann) Atkinson; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Garth and Lois Goreham; grandmother, Winnifred Atkinson; and grandmother-in-law, Mary Goreham. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Thelma and Kenneth Stewart; and paternal grandfather, Angus Atkinson Sr. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Barrington. There will be a memorial service held, Friday, November 29, at 2 p.m. at the H. M. Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, Barrington, with Rev. Shaun Hatfield officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to Animals in Need or a charity of your choice.
