SILLS, Mary Ellen It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary at Moira Place in Tweed on Saturday, December 28th, 2019 , at the age of 91. Loving daughter of the late Raymond and Tillie Chambers. Beloved wife of the late Russell Harford Sills (2012). Fondly remembered by her children Bob and Cindy, Margaret Tennant and Robbie, Fred and Chris, and Ronnie and Jennifer. Proud grandma of Jennifer, Mike, Matt, Katie, Becca, Alex, and Danielle and her 10 great-grandchildren. Also loved by Lois Sills-Nesheim, Anita Chambers and Bob Burkitt. Fondly remembered by her many cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Robert Chambers and sister Evelyn Burkitt. The family will receive friends at the STIRLING FUNERAL CHAPEL 87 James St., Stirling (613-395-2424) on Friday, January 3rd, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held from St. Paul’s United Church on Saturday, January 4th, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service. Rev. Bruce Fraser officiating. Interment Stirling Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul’s United Church, Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian Cancer Society, or March of Dimes would be appreciated.
