Lewis Preston Cook
1952-2019
Lewis Preston Cook of Bayside, husband of the late Donna Elizabeth
(Tatton) Cook, died on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Lincourt Manor.
Born at Back Bay, he was the son of the late Herbert and Catherine
(Fahey) Cook. Lewis worked at the Tuna Plant, Connors Bros., and
Cooke Aquaculture. He enjoyed golfing with his brother-in-law, four
wheeling with his grandchildren, and watching television, especially
science fiction shows.
Lewis is survived by his daughters, Maggie Cook (Ron Munsie) of
Heathland, Bette Kapushinski (Michael) of Milaca, Minnesota, and
Malinda Bell of St. Stephen; a sister, Barbara Weeks of St. Stephen;
grandchildren and great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. In
addition to his wife, Lewis was predeceased by a brother, Russell
Cook.
In keeping with Lewis’ wishes, no formal funeral services will
be held at this time. For those who wish, remembrances to the
Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
