Juanita passed peacefully at Mt St Mary’s Hospital in Victoria, BC on Sunday December 29, 2019. She will be deeply missed by her special friends and family, and remembered for her dedication to family. She maintained a humble kind spirit, all while grieving the loss of her young daughter.
Juanita fought long and hard to maintain her independence especially after surviving severe health challenges, she will be fondly remembered for working at St Mary’s Youth Centre and raising her grandchildren.

Prayers will be held on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Katzie Community Centre.
Funeral will follow on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 10:00 am, also at the Katzie Community Centre. Interment to follow at Katzie Cemetery.
