Obituary of Grace Harmer
HARMER, Grace – passed away surrounded by her loved ones, at Marianhill, Pembroke on Thursday, December 12, 2019 in her 85th year.
Grace Harmer (nee Bradley) of Pembroke, beloved wife of James “Papa Jim” Harmer. Dear mother of Cindy Wasmund, Jeff Wasmund (Pacita “Zita”), Kimberly Bowers, Cesil “Butch” Wasmund, Timmy Wasmund Sr. (Carol McCallum) and the late John Wasmund (Cheryl (Jim Letourneau)). Cherished grandmother to many grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Walter & Lillian Bradley (nee Ratz) of Sudbury and sister of Mary-Lou, Harvey, Roy, Eddie & Jack; as well as 11 brothers and sisters predeceased. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Respecting Grace’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of her Life will be held in the spring. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke. When I am gone, release me, let me go…
I have so many things to see and do
You must not tie yourself to me with tears;
Be happy that we had so many years.
I gave to you my love, you can only guess,

But now it’s time I travel on alone.
