Suddenly at home with family by her side on Monday, December 30, 2019 Edna Cecilia (nee Bedard) Milne in her 92nd year. Loving wife and best friend of the late Peter Ignatius Milne. Proud and loving mother of Larry (Charmaine) of Ilderton, Peter of B.C., Leo (Carolyn) of St. Marys, Chris, Kevin, Dennis (Lori), of London, Mary (Ron) Flannery of Komoka, Clarence of London, and Lisa of Windsor. Loving grandmother of 26, and great-grandmother of 32. Dear sister of Jean (late George) Kochut, Eulene (late Frank) Ryder, and Mary Anne (late Michael) Masse and sister in law of Ev Muir and Natalie Bedard. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sons Paul (2004) and Jim (2009), her parents Leon and Celime Bedard and siblings Percy (Marie) Bedard, Nora (Lucian) Corriveau, Ritchie, Benny, Nelson (Jean) and Clement Bedard. Enda was a long time member of the Catholic Women’s League.
Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo St at King Street, London, on Thursday, January 2nd from 3-5 and 7-9 o’clock. Parish Prayers in the funeral home Thursday evening at 8 o’clock. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta St., on Friday morning, January 3rd, at 10:00 o’clock. Interment in St. Peters Cemetery, St. Joseph’s, Ontario on Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
