GROULX, Annie (née James)
Called home by God on Sunday, December 8th, 2019 at age of 73 years. Daughter of the late Jacob and late Margaret (née Frogh) James. Loving Mom of Derek Groulx, Daryl Groulx (Christina) and Stacey St. Martin. Dear sister of Nancy Turner (Dan), Mary James, Ruth McLaughlin (Gord) and Linda Delamorandiere. Predeceased by her siblings David, Louise, George, Thomas “Butch”, Andrew and Phil. Cherished Gramma of Austin, Elias, Marshall, Kennedy and Mackenzie. Sadly missed by her many “children” whom she loved as her own and by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Annie was the embodiment of a Mother’s love. She has touched the hearts and lives of so many and welcomed them into her home. She could immediately make you feel like family. A listening ear, sharing words of wisdom or simply just being there for you, she always did things out of love. Keep her alive in your hearts by smiling when you remember her, celebrating your memories, and passing what she has done for you onto someone else. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., Sudbury on Friday, December 13th, 2019 after 6 p.m. A celebration of life will follow at 7 p.m. in the Chapel. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
