Cynthia Rose Fleet
1966-2019
Ms. Cynthia Rose Fleet, of Seal Cove, Grand Manan, NB, passed
away on Friday, November, 22, 2019 at The Saint John Regional
Hospital, Saint John, NB, she was 53. Born on in Saint John, NB, she
was the daughter of the late Harvey and Ethel (Joy)
Fleet.
Cynthia had worked at the Nickerson Fish Plant in Ingalls
Head, and Connor’s Bros. in Seal Cove. She attended NBCC,
Moncton Campus, in the Culinary Arts Program. Cynthia was an avid
reader; she loved music and playing guitar; an animal lover, and a big
fan of the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Team.
Cynthia is survived by three sisters Lorraine Harvey of
Ingalls Head, Dianne (Allan) Ashfield, of Castalia, Faye (Roger)
Guptill of Castalia, one brother Gerry (Sheila) Fleet of Maces Bay, NB
and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cynthia is predeceased by her parents, two brothers, Sidney
Joy and Stillman Fleet.
There will be visitation on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at
Castalia Baptist Church from 6:30 to 9:00 PM. Funeral
Service will be from Castalia Baptist Church at 1:00 PM. Interment
Service will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.

can be made to The Grand Manan Hospital Foundation, or to the charity
of the donor’s choice. Funeral arrangements are in the care
