Celebration of Michelle Bisson Villaudy

It is with great sadness that the family of Michelle Bisson Villaudy announces her passing at the age of 69 on November 4, 2019 after a long illness. She died surrounded by the love of her family. She leaves to mourn her spouse Claude Alexandre Villaudy, her son Pierre L’Ecuyer (Laura Galiana) and their children Manuel and Siena, her step daughter Marie-Pierre “Mapy” Villaudy (Dennis Colivas) and their children Zoe Colivas (Ben Huffman) and Matthew Colivas, her mother Odette Bisson and her brother Richard Bisson from Vancouver as well as her sisters-in-law, brother-in law and many cousins, friends from Canada and abroad.
The family wishes to thank all the family and friends who encouraged her with visits and messages, the personal support received during these difficult times, volunteers who took care of her and became friends during the long years of her illness, Judy Hughes, Josée Lamarche, Francesca, Drs. K. Goulding, C. Freeman, T. Alcindor, À. Vigano, the help and love received from nurses and volunteers at the West Island Palliative Care Residence.
Family will receive condolences at Voluntas ((4695, boul. St-Jean, DDO (Qc) H9H 2A7) on Friday November 15, 2019 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. and the celebration of her life will follow at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in her memory to Nova West Island or the West Island Palliative Care Residence and the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre.
