It is with deep sadness that the family of Jonathan George Wheatley announces his passing on September 17, 2019, at his home in Toronto, in his 47th year.
Cherished son of Larry and Susan Wheatley of Seaforth. Dear brother of Jason (Andrea) Wheatley of Seaforth, Tom (Gretchen) Wheatley of Aurora, IL, and loving uncle of Caroline and Emma Wheatley. Missed by his aunts Eleanor Murdoch of Toronto and Joan (Don) Brodie of Brucefield. Jonathan will also be missed by his special friend Laura Greene, as well as many other family members and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a private funeral service is being held. Friends and family are invited to a casual celebration of Jonathan’s life at the Seaforth Golf and Country Club, 42990 Front Rd., Seaforth, on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 2 – 5 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to McGlynn Family Funeral Home, Seaforth, 519-527-1390.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Cavan United Church, the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation or the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
