On Sunday, October 13, 2019 Hilda Miller of Sherwood Park, Alberta, formerly of Lacombe, Alberta passed away at the age of 67, in a tragic car accident.
Hilda is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Daryl Miller; children: Michelle Miller, Sharla (Wade) Gardiner; grandchildren: Landon, Gracie and Logan Gardiner; siblings: Gary (Margaret) DeVries, Anna (Rob) Pypers, , Rinda (Robb) LaBranche; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Hilda was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Tina DeVries.
Hilda was a compassionate encourager of people. She used words, actions and her love for Jesus to care for others as a wife, mom, nana, sister, auntie, friend and nurse. She will be missed by the many touched by her life.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 11:00 am at Heartland Alliance Church, 53105 Highway 21, Sherwood Park, Alberta T8A 4T7.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to help support her grandchildren’s school, Fort Saskatchewan Christian School (www.chreda.ca).
