MARQUARDT, Hans –
Passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years, at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph, on Sunday, October 13th, 2019. Hans was the beloved husband and best friend of 55 years to the late Else Marquardt. He was the loving father to Bernie (Erika) of Rockwood, Peter (Susie) of Trenton and Susan (Doug) Martin of Guelph. He was Opa to Holly, Joshua and Joey.
Friends will be received at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Friday, October 18, 2019 from 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 12 p.m. Cremation. A reception will be held in the funeral home Fellowship Lounge. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
