It is with saddened hearts that the family of Gerry McEwan of Ottawa announces his passing at the age of 76 years. Gerry passed peacefully on October 20, 2019 at the Ottawa General Hospital with loved ones by his side.
Beloved husband of Pamela (nee Butler). Loving father of Kathy (Doug) McEwan and Kim McEwan of Ottawa. Gerry will be fondly remembered by four grandchildren: Brandon, Brittany, Jesse and Theresa, and one great grandchild Olivia. Dear brother of Barbara, David (Ruth), and Donna (Jeff). Predeceased by his sister Judy, and brothers Bob and Doug. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday October 25, 2019 at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
