Obituary of Farzaneh Mahdi
Our dear mother, Farzaneh Mahdi, entered the Abha Kingdom on October 9, 2019, after a very lengthy and courageous battle with illness.
Beloved mother to Mandana (Uma) and Poroshad, cherished grandmother to Aiden, Aryana, Cameron and Kian, devoted daughter of Khojasteh and the late Seifollah Mahdi, dearly missed by Iraj (Farah), Kamran (Fariba) and Mahvash (Asad), and caring aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her loving brothers Bijan and Daryoush.
Farzaneh loved her children above all else and without hesitation sacrificed all she had for them.
She will be remembered for her kindness and strength of character. Her family and friends will forever cherish memories of her sweet smile and sense of humour.
She will be missed beyond all words.
The funeral will be held Sunday October 13, 2019 at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street, North York. Please arrive by 10:30 am, service shall commence at 11 am sharp. Interment will follow at York Cemetery 160 Beecroft Road, North York, with reception to follow at York Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation to a charity of your choice.
